I think we need to take a moment and recognise the real winner tonight.

Our fixture list.
I dont disagree, crazy the number of games we have played - doesnt help our players outside the main 11 dont step up when they get a chance, resulting in our main team basically out of steam, muscular injuries like Son. I do think sometimes that gets forgotten when people look at performances, still doesnt explain the constant tinkling around with ball in defence constantly, i would love to see how many touches and passes the likes of dier and sanchez have between them, the useless tart Davies who wouldnt know a forward pass (or a cross for that matter) if it bit him on the backside. At 1-0 down game was crying out for Holjberg to sure up the midfield, but he has played so much you cant keep playing them into the ground.

If it was me i would play the youth team now until the LC final (only partially not serious)

I have supported Spurs a long time and I have to say that tonight is about as low a performance I have ever seen. I think it’s worse than the 3-4 Emirates Marketing Project FA Cup match. It’s certainly worse than the 3-5 Man Utd game. Utterly clueless from back to front. No one seemed to give a toss until they were 2-0 down by which time it was too late. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team of professionals look so disjointed and so unable to pass to each other over even the tiniest of distances. These are dark days at Tottenham.

We have been privileged to witness two supreme talents playing for Spurs for some years now. But If anyone expects Kane or Son to sign new deals then they are in an absolute daze. They’ll be off if they’ve got any sense. And who could blame them?

We can't even do it with a serial winner in charge, a man with 100% record in this competition I believe? Where next for this club, I'm continually backing them and believing we'll be a force to be reckoned with and yet I'm continually let down.

What do you say to that? That was just horrible from us and it starts at the Managers door.

Your move Daniel Levy.
It actually starts at his door.... but he can pull the wool over our eyes for a bit longer by spending £30m of our transfer budget sacking Jose.

I think before this game, my serious dark cloud of doubt came when i read somewhere that we were favorites to win this competition.

We'd been scoring 4 goals for fun, bouncing back from a string of losses, were 2-0 from the first game, we had almost everyone back in the side, ther manager gets 4 years in jail and resigns 3 days before this game. What could possibly go wrong ?? ...

Losing to the scum 2-1 at the weekend, son getting an injury, lamela getting a red (but could still play in europe) has just set our fortunes going the other way. I mean we were unlucky right at the death with a couple of world class saves by their keeper, but Orsic destroyed us with great skill and finishing...

The recriminations start now till the league cup final... and beyond. This is a collective hurt, I'm just numb.

Let the media frenzy commence.

They will have been waiting ages to give Mourinho a hammering at media conferences, just to spark all the bitchy remarks. Assuming, of course, he's even around to conduct such conferences.

But we are about to get peeled like a grape.

Putting things into perspective: for me it's way, way less bad than losing to Liverpool in the CL final.

I'm more gutted at the fact we are brick, rather than specifically going out of the EL.

This isn't on Mourinho. This isn't on Levy.
IT'S THE fudging USELESS clam PLAYERS! It's the same no matter who the manager is! They're just a bunch of overpaid lazy fudgers, who just don't have what it takes. All they want is to pick up their fat pay checks, and OCCASIONALLY turn up for a game of football. They don't want to be winners. We'll, they might want to, but they don't want to do what it takes to be a winner. They just want it comfy and nice.
fudging PATHETIC LOSERS!

I've been saying for a while that we need to accept some horrible performances and the smell to get worse such that it gets better. We cant improve til he's been sacked
