Win this and we'll be right behind Chelsea and West Ham with a game in hand. Liverpool and Everton playing each other tonight. Great opportunity for us to get back in the top 4 race. Which Tottenham will show up this time?

Despite the optimism of Thursday night and the hope that Dele and/or Bale may be ready to make a contribution alongside Kane and Sonny I genuinely have no idea whether we'll turn up and make our undoubted superiority count or whether we'll never get out of second gear and perform like we did against Everton (opening day), Leicester and Brighton...or somewhere in between.

Whilst there's a clamour for both Bale and Dele the smart money would be on Lucas and Lamela to keep their places in the starting XI. This feels like a Lamela sort of game to be fair.

I'm sure Jose will mention it but to be forced to play at midday away (albeit in London) after a Thursday game is grossly unfair....this is the third Sunday midday KO we've had this season and they've all followed Thursday night games.

This has always been a dramatic fixture and i'm sure the neutrals must look forward to it far more than some of the conventional 'enthralling fixtures' notably the Liverpool Saudi Sportswashing Machine narrative Sky can't get enough of but hasn't produced anything exciting for over 20 years.

Been plenty of late drama in years gone by:

2002 - 3-2 Spurs Anthony Gardner deflected winner in stoppage time
2005 - 1-1 Stoppage time Anton Ferdinand equaliser
2007 - 4-3 THAT Stalteri goal but remember it was 2-2 with 84 mins gone
2007 - 1-1 Defoe has stoppage time penalty saved by Green
2013 - 3-2 Bale winner
2013 - 1-2 M Jarvis winner in League Cup Tie
2014 - 1-0 Dier winner on opening day
2015 - 2-2 Kane rebound from penalty miss to draw late in stoppage time
2016 - 3-2 stoppage time equaliser and then winner from Kane
2017 - 3-2 late West Ham comeback after Aurier red card at 0-3
2018 - 1-1 two wonder goals including Son equaliser in last 10 mins
2019 - 3-2 late West Ham comeback from comfortable 0-3 in Jose first game
2020 - 3-3 that Lanzini goal

Then there's all the sibling/little brother mugging off dynamic - it's seriously got to be one of the most underrated fixtures in the league.

Some brilliant moments above !!

2002 - 3-2 Spurs Anthony Gardner deflected winner in stoppage time
I remember watching that in a beach bar in Ibiza

2016 - 3-2 stoppage time equaliser and then winner from Kane
Won about £1,200 on that from some crazy last 5 minute betting
