OOMT - Tottenham vs Emirates Marketing Project

Squeaky bum time, am not a fan of chopping and changing the backline unless it's injuries or suspensions

This will be an exercise in damage limitation, but I hope we are all going to be massively and pleasantly surpised... #COYS

It is hard to get motivated for this match. On current form, it is going to be tough against Emirates Marketing Project as they are on a winning run. But since we are playing them in the League Cup final, I would rather we win that match than this one. Win or loss in this match won't make much difference to us as we are out of the title race. We do have a good record against Emirates Marketing Project recently, winning 2 and drawing 1 of our last 3 league matches. Let's hope we will turn up with the right mentality and get a good result in this match.

Feels like pick names from a hat for starting
Defenders. Not blaming Jose as I usually do. But there is zero continuity in our back line.
I think that’s down to players failing in their tasks when picked
I mean do you pick the same back 4 that’s conceded 5 goals!!!

Although it looks attacking it won’t be anything like the West Brom game. Lamella and Moura will be in with Hojb and Ndom in a tight 4411. Could even be Son in there too for a 451.

As I said a week or two ago on one of the other threads, I prefer defensive setups to have attacking players. At least when they do break they can threaten. Too many times recently we’ve broken with the wrong players in possession.
