Thats not offside, you cannot be offside by tackling someone. Was the second phase of play, Mings was being a fudging idiot trying to control it and not checking his surroundings.

He had 2 touches to control the ball, after the first touch you are in the second phase of play. No different from a striker being well offside but a break happens and the play catches up with him and he scores from the resulting pass now being in an onside position.

He ran towards the ball
Ignore Mings action as that’s second phase
