Also take one of these shots daily and I have really noticed a difference in my aches and pains
I'm far more active currently than I have been for a few years and I just don't ache at all, it's made such a difference

Will have a look into. The Mrs had some cbd drops which I tried once but it tasted so bad I haven’t been back since.

Gummies are the way to go if don’t like the oils . 30mg CBD distillery ones are my favourites.

Find they have a calming affect. Not so sure on the aches and pains. Take one if had a stressful day. Maybe it’s a placebo affect but seem to work.

Also take a daily C and Zinc. Vitamin D supplement in the winter months.

Try VapeUkCBD or Flawless CBD

keep an eye out for their sales and pick up a job lot. Don’t hang about because they sell out quick.

Blessed CBD are meant to be good but very expensive.

Do any of them sneak enough thc in to get you a bit high?

The friend of ours who has terminal cancer but has already lived years past she should. The guy who makes it for her puts thc in it. My mate her husband took some once. A drop as he says, floored him for 12 hours.

It is actually very powerful stuff.

Think I might have arthritis, my father had it as did his mother very badly. My feet particularly hurt when I came back from a cycle ride today.

Know @scaramanga thinks its hogwash but acupuncture is great as a pain relief.

Vitamin D should be mandatory in this country in the winter.

I think the data proves this hence why it's a no go unless there is some thc in it for me.
Might sound like an old codger here, but what's wrong with actual drugs?

Seems like they have all the effect and all the fun rather than (maybe) a bit of the effect with none of the fun.

I actually prefer the actual stuff. Just keen to try this to see what it does really.

CBD is weed without THC, not to be confused with something like a beer without alcohol it is an "actual" thing not some kind of replica, just a different vibe.

luton asked whether it still gets you "high" but it's not an objective question. You still get the body feelings which is due to the muscle relaxant properties still prominent in the bud and that's a part of being "high" so it really depends.

The hash is lovely as a little blend depending on what else you're smoking but if you're a bit straight edge (had the interesting bits chiselled off) the gummies are the way to go for sure.
