Pep’s biggest weakness now is the same as it was at Barca, you have to be able to change your approach, at clubs with limitless funds it’s not enough to win most of the time, you have to win every time.
Why he gets lauded the way he does I don’t understand, he’s never built a great team, he’s had success with those he’s inherited and fail to move them forward.
Compare him to Ferguson, who built 3 great teams with 3 different systems and many different talisman.
A man who has supposedly evolved the game, hasn’t even evolved himself.
