I imagine the premier league will have to pay for this or rather the British government will. It is the way this government has screwed up the second wave of this virus that has caused all these people around the world to be infected.

If cases dont come down faster in the UK and this stuff continues in football I can see a situation where the governments are asked to make serious decisions.
Half a team for some clubs theoretically wiped out because players breaking bubbles and guidelines and in many cases after exemptions to travel abroad the result is footballs own mini pandemic of cases.
Its not a good look regardless if you think football is inspiring to people in lockdown
