Staying the obvious but points like today’s abs Saudi Sportswashing Machine are why we won’t win the league
The squads good enough IMO but these dropped points just kill us

That’s the most annoying thing. Liv and City look as vulnerable as they’ve looked for a while. Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal unconvincing. There is a real opportunity for us to nail this and we have the right man at the helm. Yet in back to back home games we’ve completely fudged it up.

In very very very winnable games that we were a class above in
Silly goals
Saying that Saudi Sportswashing Machine was a fudging robbery

Yep, league is there for the taking this year. Pep looks to be running out of steam a bit and their defence is as poor as ours and I wasn’t convinced Liverpool would get 90 points before VVD and Allison got injured.

Call me nuts but we can still do it.

Long way to go in the season and its far too early to say what we will do, i am sick about the result today but there is still a lot to play for.
But you have to say we do look like a proper team now with goal threats galore
Averaging 3 goals a game right now with a new ish team is something to hold onto
Got fix the defensive lapses which comes with training
Will also be interesting to see if Rodon is deemed a first team option as he can only play league games now

Did the pint glass survive?
Ha!

No. But I've got plenty of those.

Think I might have to run a little bit of a white lie with the insurance company, and blame it on the 2 year old. The broken TV, not the pint glass. Also, it's not really a lie, because in that moment, I was about two years old... I'm feeling that 4 months out of work is taking its toll on my mental health.

Stick with it mate, things will get better. Both for Spurs and you I’m sure. And if you need a witness for the insurance company, you’ll have a bunch of volunteers here :D

I still think we’ll win the league, Jose will fix this, we’ll get a response after such an embarrassment.
Hope you’re right I’m furious with today. I think part of the problem is mentality. We went 3-0 up and thought the game was won. We sat back and allowed Wham on us. Everyone but Kane and Son played their part with sloppy mistakes at the back. Kane and Son worked their arses off didn’t deserve that.

We can. But with Europa round the corner and the main contenders nursing injuries, now is the time to try and lay down a marker and build some sort of advantage.

Love the spirit mate as I feel really flat today.

Bottle job plain and simple, felt like we got our Spurs back today. Never thought I would see a result like today with Jose as our manager. Especially against those Cnuts.

Can imagine Jose went mental after, will learn a lot about mentality as well.

Did Winks even touch the ball? I'm sorry Winksy, but he just shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch for us. Gives us absolutely nothing. I'm not blaming this solely on him, obviously, but he did nothing to help things out there today.

FWIW...

Well, I guess we can kiss the PL title goodbye. I know it's early still, but these 4 dropped points against Spam and Saudi Sportswashing Machine will come back to haunt us. Watch us finish 2nd 3 points behind the leader.

We won’t be anywhere near that close to the top two teams. We’re not good enough.

fudge it. I’ve calmed down a bit. Feel brick, feel stupid supporting this fudging club who breaks my heart time and time again.

I expect to get pelters for this but isn’t it great to have it. With everything else going on in the world, for 90 or 180 minutes a week, we can get completely lost in it. Over here they’re about to put heavier restrictions on us but at least I have Spurs to look forward to every weekend.

They’ll break our fudging hearts again and again but that’s part of the fun isn’t it?

One of my best friends finally got his heart transplant on Friday night, this after a last minute call-off 8 days ago (11th hour donor heart problem).

Of course I was not happy with the way this game played out, but with everything around, I am just grateful we are playing and...errr...entertaining!
