Jose Mourinho - SACKED

I'm not asking for him to get the sack but if we continue to play some Frankenstein midfield comprised of Winks, Sissoko and Hojberg then I want him gone asap.

We have zero attacking plans. Its like Jose just hopes that because we have Kane and Son that somehow we dont need any tactics

That is his game plan - defend deep and hope the star players in attack get you goals.

New man, new philosopy my arse

I want clam Mourinho not this fake trying to be nice Mourinho. Them half time team talks on the documentary were fudging brick, no wonder they are all walking around the pitch not giving a fudge.

I dont want short term changes but do you see this improving? We dont have any obvious plan or tactics? It feels like its inevitable that he won't succeed here. Good managers take players and make a team player to greater than the sun of the parts. Mourinho is taking our decent players and making them look average. We have zero idea on the pitch and zero tactics or game plan. Its simply unacceptable

And then what happens when those star players get bored of it and leave?

I'd prefer a smaller name manager but who has a game plan - Eddie Howe, Brendan Rodgers, Chris Wilder etc. At least the football would be ok and you could see what we're trying to do. Just sitting back and trying to keep a clean sheet isn't acceptable for a team aiming to compete and win things

My concern really is that he thought a midfield of Hojberg and Winks with Dele in front would be good enough. I don't consider Jose a stupid man but that's a pretty poor midfield. It's lacking in creativity, it's lacking a player who creates tempo, it's lacking in players who can play quickly into space, it's lacking quality in possession. It's just a very lacking selection.

Was the plan not to concede and hopefully get a goal of our own? That not a terrible plan but it does rely on not conceding which obviously didn't happen and I dont believe that can be a cohesive gameplan going forward because we are always going to concede goals here and there so we need a more constructive plan than keep it tight and hit on the counter.

I know Ndombele is short of fitness but I find it a bit concerning that when we were in trouble and desperate he was then brought on almost as if Jose knows his quality but doesn't trust him to play for longer get in time of desperation will use him. That is concerning for me.

Don't know if I'm reaching or overreacting, but I genuinely wonder if he turned some of the players against him at half-time? We actually weren't awful before HT, but then he takes off Alli for Sissoko and (presumably) berates the forwards for not working hard enough in the press - then we were fudging woeful second half.

I think the plan is to be tight at the back and score through the superstar trio up front on the break.

Wasn’t that far off today, we got into 3 on 3 and even at one point a 2 on 1 only for the final ball to be lazy, Son, Alli, Kane all guilty.

The Everton chances came from mistakes, a bad ball and a bad track.
