Free on Saturday? Tottenham v Watford OMT

I’m stuck at Burger King...they’ve locked up, so even though I have my kit ready in my hold-all, I just can’t get there.

We have decent enough numbers

Hart, Gazzanigga

Aurier, Foyth, Sanchez, Tanganga, Carter Vickers, Rose, Cirkin

Sissoko, Dele, White, Lo Celso(?)

Lamela, Son, Lucas, Clarke.

This is the future, clubs going direct to consumers so we can choose games we want and avoid lengthy subscription contracts.

One thing though the league games won’t be £5.
More like all home games £750 pa (season ticket) ish every game £1k. That sort of thing

I hope not. An end to collective bargaining would make the league even more uneven. I hope that clubs continue to negotiate collectively but that all games are available legally online.

Yeah, big difference between the demand to watch a friendly as opposed to a proper game. I can’t see that the clubs if they had the option would offer a payg unless there was a huge one off cost per game when they can make fans pay a subscription fee. If people had the option would this impact season ticket sales or actual match attendence though?

Match attendance 'I think' tends to remain stable.
I think it will take some time to change the current setup but change it will.

Agree. Like they do in NHL. It's a collective deal for the clubs, but as a consumer you can choose different subscriptions, like 'follow your team' that gives you all the games of your favourite team, or all games option etc.
That's what I want!
