One realistic signing

El Guepardo

Rafael Van Der Vaart
If we were to make one big, realistic, signing this summer, who would you want us to sign? I will add my ideal signing in a later post, interested to see which player/s the rest of you would pick.

Sabitzer
He has a great record and is available for £40m ish
He has moved leagues before and has shown his quality against us twice
100% He reminds me of Muller in that he always seems to affect the game positively.
I can't quite describe what he really is - but I know I'd prefer to not be playing against him.

Otherwise...... Messi for me.

On the basis that there aren't any big name RBs or CBs who are realistic and with us having already signed a DM, I'd go for an Eriksen replacement - someone creative who would play in the 3 behind Kane.

Who that is, I'm not sure as there's downsides to all of them - Grealish, Coutinho, Madison etc.

We need cover for Kane, but we’re short on cash.

On that basis, I’ve always liked the look of Robert Lewandowski and think he could do a job for us.

Nah, the guy is past it, what has he actually done in the last 5 years?

He may be getting on, but he’s got a great attitude, physically still strong, and has premiership and leadership experience from his time captaining Watford....

There is one player I would love to have at Spurs, and that's Thomas Müller! Fantastic player, who I think would be sensational behind Kane.
In a recent interview he was asked if he viewed himself as an attacker or midfielder.
He answered - Neither! I exploit space.
