Bundesliga Bonestroker Thread

I'm really confused by this viewpoint! I love watching football because it's a great sport , I don't do it for annoying cutaways to the fat bastards in the stands..

Agree very strongly about this. I can't stand smart ass producers feeling the need to show footage of ex players, celebrities, random fans during the game. I'd much rather see players positioning for that throw in.

The crowd noise is essential for the experience though, IMO. So basically I wanna hear the fans, don't watch them.

Commentators I usually don't wanna listen to either.

I didn’t watch it but was there any difference in the way the players approached the game, like did they stand off each other or jostle less when challenging for the ball?

no, if you’ve ever seen a youth, reserve or arsenal game it was just like that, normal game with loads of empty seats in the background

I also though the music and announcer was pointless and the celebrating after goals and at the end to the nearest camera was a little... odd

Thanks. Yeah watching those type of games has an eerie ending feel about them.

fudging VAR robbed Freiburg. Total flimflam. Offside was never intended to be a microscopic analysis and the attacker is supposed to receive the benefit of the doubt. Some things haven't changed.

Edit: overall though I watched two halves of different games and the quality, fitness and skill was very high.

two classics there Mr B!

Bayern are a machine a very impressive group of players.

helps that they can pillage every team in their league

their a great side and Germany is the best place to watch football IMO, but the league has become a bit of a sham now. It’s on par with the Italian league

sure RB and Dortmund are doing well but their not IMO very strong sides and will fall away before the season ends with Bayern winning the league with a couple of games spare

Frankfurt making something of a fist of it against Bayern, should be 4-3 but they just sponged up a great chance.

Watching Schalke Vs Augsburg, decent game however, still can't get used to no fans/atmosphere.

Can't wait for tonight's big game. Although it's probably likely Bayern Munich are going to ruthlessly crush DVB....I haven't kept a firm eye on injury news but hopefully Thiago is playing, he is an absolute joy to watch (unless it's against us..), the fans are spoilt considering they had a likes of Alonso in there not so long ago too.

*Typical! I just googled team news and saw Thiago has been ruled out. If Sancho doesn't play too it's a huge loss of talent for both sides....

I know I could just google this - but I'm being a lazy brick.
What channel is Bundesliga on? If it's sky sports I might have to get it on now TV.
