Fixture & Ticket News 2019/20

Because my pal is from out of town (and not a member) couldn't take @Bedfordspurs up on his kind offer. Just managed to get two tickets on the spurs site. 1882 tickets with a free drink and program.

I did that for the Boro replay, 2 drinks and a meal plus the programme. So definitely worth the higher price, although tbh the seats were a bit further back than I liked (I’m in row 8 with my ST)

I’m not going to the Wolves game and recently listed my ticket on the exchange, however I don’t think there is much demand for this match.

As I’ve said before, I’d rather the club give tickets away then have empty seats, so if anyone who can’t usually get a ticket especially if due to financial constraints, would like to go, PM me and I’ll try and arrange something.

caveats are:
You have to be a member as I think I can transfer a ticket if we authorize each other to do so.
The ticket is 7 rows back near the corner flag in the south stand, close to the Shelf side. You will have to be able to stand all game.
If the ticket sells before we work out how to transfer the ticket the opportunity is lost.
If there are multiple takers please don’t be offended if I end up giving it to someone else, it is possible I will end up doing this again.

This is the view:

Fwiw you can send non members a screenshot of the QR code in the app for the match itself and they can gain entry that way should you decide to sell in future.

And to add to that - the recipient of a ticket-share does not have to be a member, they just need a Customer Reference Number (CRN), which they can get by registering on the ticketing site (or for the shop).)

I want to complain to the club about the owners of the seats directly next to me in the stadium, pretty sure they're owned purely to sell on/tout as i have never seen the same people there twice - where would i be best off directing this complaint? Don't want to see it get lose in a generic customer service email back log so if anyone has any suggestions of who to contact that would be great

What if the owner is Levy. :p

Could they be seats that aren’t ST seats?

From what I understand the non-ST seats are spread about the ground, so a chance that the seats could be those open to members/general sale?

On the Ticketing information part of the OS there’s a specific form for reporting ticket Touts. I know yours is a suspicion rather than known touting but if you use that it should get to the right area.

I didn’t think of this and I think this is actually an issue that may have lead to an increase in touting (I wouldn’t be comfortable giving my ticket away on this basis.
At least if tickets are being distributed through the club membership registration then the responsibility for the individuals behaviour sits with them and it’s a little harder to tout as it sounds like instead of having to arrange the safe return of your ST anyone can just sell a print of that code outside the ground.
A friend of mine was assaulted inside the ground at the RB LeipZig game, he has no idea who did it or why it happened and the club has a lack of CCTV in the food and drink area to identify the person who did it. He also said there were RB Leipzig fans in the home end, so I think the combination of these things need to be addressed for security reasons.

Still can't put in a request to move your ST seat for next season yet I understand?

We sit just above one of the entrances in the north upper, seat is good, view is pretty great but the amount of f*cking tossers who come and stand in front of the glass to take pictures throughout the whole game is infuriating and the stewards, no matter how much you complain don't do sod all. My mate ends up shouting "GET OUT THE WAY" at dingdongheads getting their selfies about 10 times per game.

Been saying this for a while now. With the ease of being able to pass on to fellow members there needs to be a way to stop people using their ST just for the big games or to completely make money. I was wondering if the tickets could be linked to the individuals mobile phones?
