Giovani Lo Celso

I don't think that you can blame Sess for that, it's been an issue in our last three games. Sissoko goes wandering and the other CM is left exposed. Dele then drops back to provide cover and looking for the ball. It's going to be an issue all of the time that Aurier is playing and Sissoko is in CM.

Absolutely wasn't. More a managerial thing. He came in for Son but found himself doing a different job.

I'm not disagreeing that he played deeper. I'm disagreeing that it was the cause of us being light in midfield when that has been an issue for several games.

Thought he did well yesterday and is certainly deserving of more minutes but he wasn't outstanding or anything and didn't dominate the game. Eriksen was just as influential if not more so.

However, it was good to see him get minutes, be trusted when we were struggling and do well. Hopefully this gives him a chance to properly kick start his career here.

He looked OK and lets hope he gets more time to show his talents, early days yet but if we can not persuade Eriksen to stay we need more creativity then we have had so far this season and he may be able to supply that.

One of the misses of the season at a time when an equaliser would have seen us become favourites to win. But, hopefully he has the mental fortitude to use the miss to become stronger and with regular starts to come soon, to become one of our regular goal scorers. He definitely takes up the right positions, so it’s having confidence in front of goal and improving his technique in training.

I agree. I thought he did well in his 25 or so mins on the pitch; he works hard and is aggressively defensively despite his size and I like the way he picks the ball up of defenders and looks forward. I think he'll be a very good addition if we sign him permanently
I agree. My thoughts on the chance he missed was that he was at least in the position to miss the chance. Keep putting yourself there and you score more than you miss.

That wasn't an easy one for the speed and curve of the cross, and the wall of defenders in front of him.

He'll get it right the next time around, great to see the understanding building between him and aurier.
