It's time to tackle the big questions.

If you could only use one condiment for the rest of your life. What would you choose?
 
I think tactically I'd get most use out of Piccalilli, as it does meats like mustard, but also potatoes/chips like mayonnaise
 
Purely for it's versatility; Mayonnaise


Assuming salt/pepper doesn't qualify
