Wow. Just looked at the lineup.
There really is a lack of decent indie music - alot of bands in the 2nd/3rd slot that should be on at 1pm. Like Pale Waves.

There are maybe ten bands across the whole lineup Id stay for more than half a set of.
Although isn't it so big that you'll be lucky to see ten across the festival??!!
Not really - as long as the weather (mud) is clear then there's a fairly short path between the two main stages. Even faster if you can get hold of a VIP pass. It's getting out to the other tents and back that's a bit more tough.

I calculated 5 acts in the whole line up I'd want to see and most of them I'd only want to see 20 years ago.

Lauryn Hill
The Cure
The Charlatans
Johnny Marr
Wu-Tang Clan

All would have been good 20 years ago, but it all looks terrible now. Except the Goldblum of course.

Edit: The wife likes Cat Power a lot so I'd probably end up necking some Oramorph and seeing that

Frank Turner
Beans on Toast
Skinny Lister
KT Tunstall
Lucy Rose
Grace Petrie is ok.

I can see why Stormzy is always smiling.....how the fudge am I still getting with this?!
He just referenced Mosh Pit :D:D:D

Never really liked Muse (a bit clean cut and mum friendly for me) but they were incredible at Glastonbury about 15 years ago.
Muse are a weird one for me too. I've seen them a few times and I've not been disappointed with their live show. Very impressive to be fair, but I would never listen to them outside of a live situation. Made for live gigs suppose.

The first two albums are really good. But everything since feels like it's made for the big show.
Some really good songs but no cohesive album. (They did try with the 2nd Law)

Oh, and as for Yeezys - who the fudge would pay that much money to look like such a fudging peasant?

One could buy some proper shoes for the price of two pairs of that nonsense.
But you do think they’re dope kicks tho. Or are you more of an Air Jordan purist?

fudge man, gutted I didn’t go now. Last time I saw Metallica was in ‘99 at Milton Keynes Bowl!!

Best place to see them imo, did so in 93 when Megadeath came along for the ride as well.
Then up to Sheffield the day after to see Def Leppard at Don Valley.. Oh to be young again...

I don't understand what you just said.
Dope kicks = nice shoes
Air Jordan = Nike shoes made for Michael Jordan. Believes to be ten ‘sneakers’ that began the craze of training shoes as a fashion item. Vintage pairs in great condition can fetch a hefty price.

Never owned them.

The closest I've ever got to owning sportswear as an adult was some Alexander McQueen Puma, which just turned out to be Puma with a logo so I wear them to DIY/mow the lawn/etc.

Also......how to Vegan's at Glastonbury reconcile partying at a working dairy farm?
Genuine questions. (Plus a tiny bit of trolling)

It’s not been a dairy farm for about twenty years I believe? They have a few cows that graze. The Eavis’ realised they could make a brickload more money through a festival than what is now the failing dairy industry.

As an aside, vegans have to set aside their principles every time they go to a supermarket amongst a multitude of other things.

Edit: it is still a practising dairy farm. So the second point still stands!

Let’s not pretend we all can’t wait to see Miley Cyrus doing her thing onstage.
