*** The Official Boxing/UFC/MMA thread ***

Looking at some of the during and after pictures of the fight....the height difference and body condition of Ruiz is laughable.

How it ended is a big worry for AJ.

Losing to this guy (and not even with by a lucky punch) and looking as though he didn't fancy it..is telling.

Surprised there's no noise on here for tonight. Still undecided as to which fight to follow tonight, Frampton / Galahad has had a fair bit of bad blood vibes in the build up and Fury /Schwarz seems a given but who knows after recent events.

Other than being unbeaten, does anyone know anything about Schwarz!? Does he have potential for a shock?

Think I might leave the Frampton fight, go to bed and wake up early for the Fury fight. I think I'm getting old!

Hope Warrington doesn't read this thread:confused:

Main thoughts in the undercards Leedswise is low blows a plenty. Also whoever is commentating for BT sport, alacrity is a word I have literally never heard before and I admit to googling it, star performer so far...

Just woke up at 5am, missed about 10 seconds of the first round -- almost perfect timing! Terrific performance from Fury, I didn't really know anything about his opponent but Fury was levels above.

It's a shame he thinks he can breathe though, kin hell.
Agreed and fixed.

That's the best I've ever seen Price fight. Always seems a top gent, although as controversial as it may be on here I do have a soft spot for scousers (apart from Liverpool FC players /managers / etc etc).

As for Whyte, I've not seen Rivas before so not really sure what to expect, have not followed the build up much. Surely it'll set up a big fight if Dillian kills it.

Great fight. Feel bad for whoever was sat behind Bruno as he was stood up most of the time, but in whoever's place I probably wouldn't say anything for personal safety. Even taking his first loss you'd think this has done well for Rivas' reputation, needs to get some top level opponents to get to the next level in my very uneducated opinion.
