OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Ajax - the second leg

Cant say Im expert on it, its all pretty confusing - but as I read it I think Im right on the TV money - with the coefficient pool basically being a "lets make sure the biggest clubs get more money" pot. Its a disgrace really.

Last night.

Wow.

I think it is incredible the will, grit, determination and belief we showed. Just incredible. And its the sort of thing that, IMO, evolves a team to higher levels.

I actually thought we were unlucky to be 2-0 down. It was clear lessons were learned from the first leg, and even so events conspired against us.

But we werent playing badly.

And then second half, well words fail me...
Ferdinand said exactly this on BT - results and performances on this level bond the entire club together.

Yup UEFA give it to the big clubs to stop a Super League. Its coefficient over their previous 10 years.
You get this upon qualifying for the groups stages. And it stays the same regardless how you do in the competition this season
Look at the €30m difference between Hoffenheim v Bayern from the same league.
For us it's basically punishment for mugging off the Europa League so much.

Here's the current table going into next season https://kassiesa.home.xs4all.nl/bert/uefa/data/method5/trank10-2019.html

If it is a 10 year trend, why are City so high? They were only established in 2008 and have always done crap in European competitions

Still flying after last night. Watched the clip of the winner 100 times today. It has BT Sport commentary and love Jenas just mumbling in shock.

Great night last time felt like that was when we beat the Scum 5-1 in semi , Love it fudging love it . COYS!!!!

Trying to grasp that we're in a position now where we can actually win the champions league by winning one match is a bit like thinking about the vastness of the universe. I don't quite get it. Just so massively big in world football. Imagine, just fudging imagine us winning it. Goddamn. I can't think about it too much. I think I might just wear a lot of diapers on June 1st, gonna be bricking it the entire day, too drunk when the match starts to even watch it. Maybe that's a fair approach, in all honesty. I don't think my heart can take it. :p

Durham on TalkSh#te is in full-on T@sser-mode tonight. Not one ounce of credit while I was tuned in, it's all been lucky, even had Kylie on in the background

Oh shiiiiit, now I've got my breath back, had a good night's sleep and woken up, please tell me that wasn't a dream.

How the hell did we pull that off. The boys showed so much heart they must be physically and emotionally knackered, good job they'll be playing on adrenaline on Saturday and get the result we need.

COYS

I set my phone alarm for work this morning and typed in. 'Martin it wasn't a dream.COYS' for when it woke me

Quiz: name the only two teams to win AT Ajax this season?
Hint: Real Madrid and us.

Started re-watching the first half and they BATTERED us before their first goal.
