Christian Eriksen

He would be if he was fit and we had better options due to injuries

People are quickly forgetting we had Lamela missing, son missing, Kane missing, winks kissing.... that’s 4 attacking options That could have given dele time to get back right

:p

So if Eriksen has already agreed terms with Real Madrid, then he is presumably no longer dealing with uncertainty over his contract/his future and should therefore be back to his normal maestro self?
Assuming of course it has indeed been his contract situation impacting his play and not a mixture of loss of form/fatigue/injuries/squad changes/other etc.

Don't forget his bonus if he prevents barca winning CL.

The way Eriksen takes corner's and direct free kicks it makes you think that after scoring 2 in the same match against Swansea in 2015, or whenever it was, that he thought he was an expert and he stopped practising.

Messi has obviously been practising his free kick technique this season, it has improved drastically. I think Eriksen could learn a thing or two from that.

Good point - his freekicks were wicked in his first couple of seasons. Other than the one he scored against Juventus last year, I struggle to remember a Premiership goal direct from his freekick.

I think he’s got the ability to win things too, I question his meteorology though, or else he’d be winning things with us, we really needed something from him in the last two games and he didn’t deliver.

He is not the only one who has not delivered to their best though, as for winn ing m entality well you have probably noticed i have questioned our TEAMS m entality over the last few seasons. And (imo) we still lack it.

Yep, I’m equally disappointed in all of our supposed superstars, we’ve been found wanting when it matters.

I think a few scouting depts around Europe have added a few minuses to their evaluations this season.
