I thought that as well that Ferdinand comes across as decent but also when I hear him speak you think the is something going on in his head, unlike with Sherwood, or Sol Campbell where the only things going on in his head are arguments with himself.

One guy I think they could have gone for is Darren Moore, he showed enough to me to think he could become a good football manager, never understand how the likes of Sherwood or Bruce keep getting jobs.

Not sure why posting an opinion you may not agree with gives cause to call to them a ‘dolt’, but my point remains. In my opinion whatever Soldado thinks about individual coaching methods is moot, because he performed poorly under at least three different ones (I stopped paying attention once we’d cut our losses)
