Lucas Moura

Thought he was really good today and when he went off we looked less potent on the break, poor decession to take him off and not Harry give me the fudging ball all the time Kane.
 
Flatters to decieve - runs fast with the ball which looks exciting at first glance but doesn't really have the quality on the ball to make the most of it
 
I think he had a good game up until about 50-55 minutes. He gave away a simple pass to Kane and I think his head dropped. From that point, if something didn't come off, he seemed to sulk (got a bit of Aaron Lennon about him, the way he does that). He has the tools, but I think he needs to put his hand on his sack and find his balls. Got to fight!
 
Whilst Moura at times was let down by his touch and a few sloppy passes, thge number of times Kane and especially Alli didn't play him in when in a great position makes me feel quite sorry for him. First time i've thought that we've allowed some cliques to be formed in our attack and Moura seemed to be outside of them, whilst people keep looking to play Kane in (and he in turn takes too many touches before being dispossessed too often himself..)

He was average to poor. A few good runs when he got the ball (looks exciting, but no end product), invisible the rest of the time. Second half he might as well have stayed in the changing room.

Wow, what was your take on the rest of the team then?

It was a fudging awful 45 mins for us but to take it out on someone who played 15 mins of that (the best 15 mins) is a bit bizarre?

Edit again: if you had an issue with his performance in the first half then I have no words!

Rose was worse.

Dier was his usual sloppy self.

Sanchez had a couple of iffy moments, but not too bad overall.

I just found it noticeable how Moura would burst into life when he got the ball, but never really accomplish anything other than a couple of freekicks, and be a complete passenger the rest of the time.

Rose basically has a goal against him for being too roostery.
 
Don't rate this guy. Way too inconsistent and thats why has never made it at the highest level. Rarely has any end product. Will give him one more season to prove me wrong.
