Transfer Tittle-Tattle

Aarons looks great. I do feel a touch guilty though like we'd be cheating on KWP by bringing the lad in.
Bring in a good player for £Xm.
Sell KWP for £Xm + £2m.
Or sell Aurier for £2Xm.
Or sell Trippier for £4Xm.

Really comes down to just how good, or not, the club think KWP will be.

He is old enough now he really should be playing regularly.

This season neither Trippier nor Aurier have played especially well, and KWP still hasnt broken through.

All the while players like Aarons and Wan Bissaka look excellent - I could well see us going for someone like this, and selling two of our current three.

Which two? Could be any!

The Times reports that Tottenham are lining up Leicester midfielder James Maddison as a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen.

Tottenham are interested in Leicester City and England midfielder James Maddison, 22, as a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen, 26, if the Denmark international leaves in the summer. (Mirror)

Don't want or like him he comes across as a massive taco

What a massive downgrade Maddison would be from Christian Eriksen. Surely they can do better

If we can make a profit I'd get rid, he's borderline doggo.

Sounds total paper bs but if spurs or anyone else came in with 50m I'd snap their hands off. Very over rated show pony.

I liked Iheanacho at City, was surprised they let him go - but he has just disappeared at Leicester hasnt he?!

I would think the way Leicester play would suit Maddison, loads of space and Vary making runs to play balls through.

Iheanacho is one of the least intelligent footballers i've watched; very VERY frustrating.
Many of here (me included previously at times) get frustrated at times when Kane seems to shoot instead of seeing some others in better positions....boy would Iheanacho get it in the neck if he'd have joined us...

Iheanacho was to City what Hernandez was to ManU, someone that came on as a late sub and managed to score a few goals playing against tired defenders and having chances presented to them on a plate by some of the best players around. No good as starters and absolutely useless to a lesser team.

Have Real lost a lot of their money or are they not so rich anymore? The press releases about them turning their noses up at the pricetags on Hazard and Eriksen seem strange, given how they have operated over the last few years. Has the transfer bubble burst?
