Moussa Sissoko

Overall, he’s a good player, far from a World beater, but in the absence of last seasin’s Dembele, Sisokko has worked hard and played an important role in our positive results. So well done Sisokko for the improvement, hope it keeps going, but let’s not go over the top in our praise.

Absolutely spot on.

Balon d’Or is ok though, yeah?

Thought he was our best player defensively today. His uses his speed and fitness really well to cover back and track runs.
I think his defensive discipline, positioning and awareness has improved drastically. Now fully trust him to do a job deep in midfield that suit his physicality very well, whilst contributing with attacking runs when the space is there.

He looked tired at times against Arsenal. If Dembele and Wanyama are on the scrapheap, we need to sign another midfielder imo, or Winks, Sissoko and Dier will get run into the ground.

Saddest thing for me was that he tweeted ‘North London is white’, after the game. I was so proud of most of our players just acting like it was any other game, but I don’t like the constant needling. Funny Michael Cox tweet after Danny Rose’s comments, saying we used the 4-2 as motivation, they will use this, then we will use whatever they do after the subsequent game...I just want us to show we are beyond them.

Just Moose being Moose I guess. He meant nothing by it. Hopefully he’s working on his composure in front of goal and can get some more goals in the second half of the season too.

When i saw him post 100 up on his social media i thought it was 100 premier league matches, i didn't realise he had played so many games for us.

Another good game in the Everton trashing. His confidence pushing forward , one touch football, timely tackles makes him a first eleven. Diet and wanyama needs to earn their place back. Was it an injury or was it exhaustion that saw him subbed?

He's really grown on me this season. I'd always seen him as the lad who couldn't really play being brought along by his mates for a kick about, but he's earned that spot now.

The later. He'd run out of steam which is unsurprising.

You have to admire the man for turning his Spurs career around. It shows amazing character.
