The glorious march to CL qualification

Was hoping more for songs about their chairman but I'm fudged if I can find anything that rhymes with his name.

I'm surprised you haven't gone with R Kelly and "I believe I can fly'.

Going down with the chopper......
I fell into into the burning ring of fire
I fell down down down down into the deepest fire
And it burns burns burns burns the ring of fire the ring of fire
The ring of fire

I think joking about the death of someone is insensitive and crass. I don’t think we need to lower ourselves to that level. My view is a subjective view and based on evidence here, I’m sure many of you disagree, and will call me overly sensitive.

Can’t we instead you know just take the tinkle out of Leicester City for being a brick football team.

I think joking about the death of someone is normal and the British thing to do. Maybe not on the same day though, but the week after is fine.

Especially when you mix together the elements of football, Thailand, that racist Thai gang-bang that got Nigel Pearson sacked, the racist outburst from Vardy in the casino, Lineker and his crisps. Sniffer Smith. There's got to be a song somewhere in all that lot

At our cup game at the spammers at the Olympic stadium, which was shortly after the Leicester incident, there was a tribute before the game, as there was at all grounds.
Then at half time, they apparently played Foo Fighters’ Learn to Fly.

I'm looking down at Leicester Stadium
Looking as the chopper climbs
Looking at the captain - what's that flashing red light?
I'm looking at the ground rotating
Looking 'cause I'm scared of dying
Make my way back down
When I learn to die (high)

I take it you don't want to hear my Maddie McCann joke?

Singing songs about their dead chairman is a major dingdong move. If their fans still want to hate us because we dared to challenge them when they won the league or because they are unhappy that we got credit for playing more attractive football than they did then let them be. They may have won the league and had their moment in the sun but they won't win anything again for a long, long time. I enjoy beating them for that reason alone but i couldn't care less about them besides that.

I think we need to get over the fact that they won the league. Did they have elements of outrageous luck when they won it? Of course they did but they were the best team over 38 games. If they weren't then Arsenal were and I'm bloody glad those clams didn't win it! You think they were unbearable on Sunday? Imagine how the likes of Ramsay would lord it over us if they won the feckin title. As good as we were that season we paid the prices for dominating games and failing to take our chances. Teams that finish on 71 points in a 20 team league do not deserve to win the league.

The amount of home games we have to come plus the new stadium being on the horizon, makes me optimistic about our top four chances this season.

lol there are some full-on childish, classless clams on here. I bet none of you would have the nerve to spout brick like that in the 'real' world and if you did I'd hope you got tacoted for it, tbh.

Imagine if it was Levy instead of the Leicester chairman or, GHod forbid, Hoddle had died from his heart attack. We would rightly be up in arms reading brick like that.

I hope you are all fudging proud of yourselves.

That’s football fans for you. This isn’t the Cambridge literary review society.

Didn’t Levy have plans for a helipad on top of the training centre or NWHL or Lilywhite House? Hope not. First Matthew Harding, now Vichai; too easy for the Russians to snap the rotor pin...

I am all for having a laugh and taking the tinkle, but some things for me are a step too far. I agree and hope our fans don't sing songs about that. IMO it would make us no better than that West Ham fan who goaded Jake Livermore about his dead son.
I'm fairly sure none of the Leicester inbreds are his fatherbrothercousin.

If either of those situations were to come about, I'd fully expect fans of other clubs to take the tinkle - that's what football fans do.

I wouldn't be caught dead in as ghastly a place as Leicester, but I'd happily wind their fans up if I were in that crowd.

Here's hoping we don't sing crass songs about the bloke.
I really hope we do - it's the whole point of football fans.

Imagine seeing all 15K inbred yokels (or however many they can fit in that dump) seething with rage, waving their pitchforks, etc. It would be a sight to behold.

Winning 6-1 the following season was the perfect answer for me.
