I think he’s seeing less of the ball and getting fewer opportunities this season, yet while he is on the pitch both Spurs and English players must believe we are in a chance if getting a goal while he’s on the pitch. He really is our talisman.
Rashford for example looked amazing in the Croatia game but doesn’t have the end product that matters. Sterling is a threat..until he gets in front of goal. Our defence conceded from the first real chance we conceded...
If any player scores goals for England in a result that matters I can’t see how their club affiliation matters to England supporters. I don’t think anyone on this forum would swap Kane for any other striker in the world and if the way he speaks or looks is the only dig a rival fan can have at him, especially if he’s delivering for their national team too, then it can only be a combination of jealousy or prejudice that cannot have a logical argument made for it. Some people are consumed by hate so much, they don’t even know why they are doing it any more.
