Croikey! It's not like we're starved for constant self-promoting videos and images using MegaLane as the main prop, but, shock of shocks, Ally Gelt has posted more pictures to draw you to his ad-drenched, attention-and-credibility-starved football website.

Please. Click on something. Anything.

Is it, fcuk. It's a metaphor.

This is gelt:

It's a chocolate treat wrapped in gold foil, designed to look like coins.

It is, to real coinage, what Alaistair Gold is to real journalism.

He regularly uses set of average, random happy snaps to link viewers - here and elsewhere on Spurs fan sites - to boost viewership and page views on his lame ad-pop-up happy website. It's an insult to real journalism.

Being reported on Love Sport Radio(?) the sprinkler system won't be ready till april now - nothing official just stadium insider stuff

What's wrong with you?

And what's the source of your bile towards Mr Gold? Nothing wrong with a journalist-type regularly reporting and posting images from his visits to the ground and his attendance at press conferences.
You should be glad the pictures are being posted here, if you're so angry and nasty about him, this just means you don't have to go to the site that he's a part of - not his own site, I believe.

You could fit a sprinkler system across the entire of London Underground in 8 months. For 100m square stadium, they must have awarded the tender to a primates in the community social enterprise company.

The pictures are horseplop. Your mum or grandchild could do as well with a point-and-shoot. We can see this stuff every day on Spurs own sites rather than relying on specious web sites.

These sort of sites use shallow, alarmist tactics to lure in readers (spoke to a sparky, not liking what I heard). And not just directed at Spurs fans. They are not the only or worst offenders. Just look at those twahts on that radio show today using unattributed gossip about the stadium opening in March. Many of the participants I've met from this form of so-called 'journalism' are referred to as 'tourists' - regarded as fanboys looking to get in for free or they hold 9-5 jobs they're unhappy with, elsewhere outside of journalism, and dream of getting into this declining business, often actually only serving to erode job prospects within the business.

They are enemies of the state of proper journalism. They care less about informing us and more about the shallow, facile achievement of earning page clicks and directing us to adverts. It deserves to be utterly ignored.
