Staff entertaining is tax deductible. Non-staff entertaining is not.
VAT can be reclaimed on staff entertaining. VAT cannot be reclaimed on non-staff entertaining.

These are the broad rules but there are further details, definitions, conditions, exceptions, etc.

Could be.... My numbers were all guesses based on a rough look at how many seats in each section (other than for the corp areas where a number was stated or could be deduced from number of seats at tables in the sales brochure)

There was an old scheme giving numbers for corporate sections, but this was before the redesign of the south stand and the sections don't match the corporate offerings in the brochure. It suggests that some of your premium seat sections might be off a little, but overall it looks like the differences will balance out.

Together with the camaj/ben155 estimates for general admissions on SSC (slightly higher than yours, but no allowance for concession), a total in the range £110-120m seems a good estimate. The naming rights and other events revenues will be interesting, but we'll need to be patient to see those.

Is that per game or per season? :p

What are they there to do i wonder?

I wonder if it's something to do with the staging for post-match entertainment that the club have mentioned?
Or maybe connected with the stadium being a potential venue for concerts.

From their website :
We specialise in the design and installation of various stages such as modular and portable stages, fixed performance staging, risers and platforms. We also offer a variety of seating options and a bespoke-build service so that you get exactly what you want.

Thought they'd be snowed under with work at the Olympic shambles?
