Best of luck to Ange, I'd like to see him do well and I quite like Forest even if their owner is batbrick crazy.

Despite that, personally, I can only see one ending and I expect it'll probably happen quickly. I have grave misgivings about Ange's football and when you look at the style shift from Nuno to him, I think he'll be under pressure quickly.

Again, I don't want to diminish his achievements but the second season thing is a bit of a myth. Obviously, he's won trophies in his second year in many of his jobs and he did it with us so I don't mean in the sense that his trophy wins haven't come in his second year. And he deserves great credit for his trophy wins but the second season thing is a statistical anomaly rather than by design IMO. It doesn't diminish his trophy wins which can't be taken away from him but he hasn't discovered some massive secret that no other manager is aware of.

This is the team that were beaten at home 3-0 by West Ham FFS. Anyone posting about Ange after less than a week is just here to score some points.

Still has to go to Burnley and Real Betis before his first home game. This could go toxic quickly.

Toxic? You mean...like this?

fudge Ange. I mean that in the most serious way.

Not read the thread, but fudge Ange for destroying my interest in football and Spurs. I will forever despise the man for the worst Spurs season I've ever witnessed. I was there in Bilbao, but that trophy was forgotten in no time. The pain of that season I don't think I'll ever get over. My interest in football was hanging on by a thread and having that clam in charge pretty much killed it. I'm taking this summer off, but unless next season is successful or even just exceptionally promising, I think I'm done .

Can't think of a time I've been this angry at the club. Sometimes at an individual for sure, but the club never. This season has completely killed my remaining interest in the game. fudge you Ange.

,Back at my hotel room. Hate Ange, hate this team. Thought we might just fluke our way to a trophy, but no chance of that. Get the fudge out of my club you clam.

I don't he'll last long enough. Their fans already know what they're in for and I don't see that improving.

So yes, I reckon I will be in here frequently to score points until he's sacked in a few months as I can't stand him or the flimflam he comes out with.

…and you still just do not get it.

Ange did this to us when he first took over when we played Fulham. That day he made 8 changes and lost. Today he made 10 changes, and the only consistent selection from the weekend had to change his position from LB to centre half.

How can anyone defend managers that do this and then lose football matches?

"There were a lot of players out there who needed some football"

Well they won't get football in the next round as you made too many changes again.

Forest’s second goal was a thing of beauty. Reminded me of those heady 10 games in his first season with us. The quick passing interchanges were great. But the frailties at the back were all too familiar. But still far too early to judge the team. The PL is definitely more interesting with him in it.
