Just passing on a rumour that i keep hearing about him,
That his days are numbered at man utd, and they are looking to offload him at the earliest oppurtunity...
Apparently we are interested at 22million..
Heard this from a few sources, one off which is a person who gets a lot off info on man utd..

Word on the outgoings (as of 06.06.09) - no different to what other ITK's have already said tbh.
Bent, Bentley and Gio - we're LOOKING to sell. Bent - plenty of
interest. Bentley will most likely go as a sweetener in another deal
(not neccessarily AY). Gio to Espanyol is not the only option.
Pav isn't happy - thinks we should value him higher. if £14m comes in, expect him gone. NO official transfer request though.
Zok, Hudd, JJ, Hutton, Chimbo, O'Hara - interest in all 6, will consider bids provided replacements are ready. nothing concrete.
Modric, Dawson - don't want to sell either, but there are suitors.

From one of the most respected ITKs around (RM:SO):
Negotiations moved on today. He wants £75k a week. Fitness issues over his knees at nearly 33 but there would be many clauses in any contract. Puzzled to hear alsoo some doubts over whether Keane will stay. Defoe the only current striker sure to be with us next season.
