Maybe in his next match if he gets to play in front of a midfield he will get some chances. Feel sorry for the lad.

He seems to be confident enough to not let it affect him, I hope his 'aura' isn't a facade.

Could do with a few more of him in the team really, young guys who want to achieve something.

Agreed. Can't be worse than players who are winding down their contracts/looking to leave. We've a few of them and it's a growing problem.

Did well enough for a 17 year old with very little service.

Some moments where he looked out of place, poor touches. But then that was true for players 7 years older with experience.

Hopefully he'll take some motivation from this and keep working hard in training. His chances will come.

Well done to Poch for setting Spurs up just to simulate for Parrott what it would be like playing for the Irish senior team away to Georgia.

Great striker who reminded me a lot of the best ever Jimmy.

If Kane gets injured I have no doubt he’ll feature even if he’s just coming on for Son/ Moura for 5 min cameos.

Personally I’m quite sceptical as to the effect loans have on player development. At least I can’t remember the last time we sent out a player and thought wow he’s come on leaps and bounds.

Guess there’s the argument Kane never shone during his loans but it his development was not visible to the naked eye and it aided his psyche. Even then though he may have just been a natural late bloomer.

If you see his first two goals the other day it was like watching a Kane clone, I love the way he lets the ball run at times rather than stopping it or taking an unnecessary touch.

Pretty mind-blowing if we conjure up another top draw striker from the academy.

    Fingers crossed.

Every club in England knew about him. He'd been over and trained with many of them before he could officially sign a contract at the age of 16.
The kudos is in the charm offensive we put on. Obviously our training ground helps a lot with this.

Looks like he will be getting his Ireland senior debut against New Zealand in the friendly

I can see him coming on against Red Star on wednesday given the state of Kane and Son.

Must be in the squad at least, can’t see him being in the U19’s. Red Star Youth didn’t seem much cop in the home leg won’t learn much from playing them again.
