Clarke was not even on the Bench for Leeds today. Is he injured? he seemed ok when they played Salford.

He's on loan there for the season and Leeds can do with him as they wish

A season trying to earn his place in a good Leeds team will have its benefits im sure.

Georgiou joins Ipswich on loan
Tottenham midfielder Anthony Georgiou has signed a new contract at the club, but has immediately been sent on loan to Ipswich until January.

The 22-year-old Cyprus international has made just one senior appearance for Spurs, which came in the 3-0 Champions League victory over Cypriot side APOEL in 2017.

He was sent on loan to Levante for the second-half of last season, and it appears Tottenham still don’t feel he is ready to mount a challenge for a place in the first-team, although he has been handed a new contract which runs until 2021.

Georgiou will never make it given he's already 22, so presumably the new contract is with a view to getting something of a fee for him in Jan perhaps or next summer. Marsh is also 21 in November and not really made a mark on the first team so think he'll also be sold within a year or so. Expect that both will have long lower league careers, and georgiou gain 50-100 international caps, but neither will be close to the level needed at Spurs. Not everyone coming out of the acedemy can be Harry Kane though so best of luck to them

Even if this all comes to pass, these players are key in us keeping the academy going.

Not only because it pays for itself, but because people see we make players. Come to our academy and you will have a professional career.

It allows us to attract the talent...

Has anyone heard from Marcus edwards!!?

Apparently he has told us he wants to leave permanently. Good luck to him...
