the Tim Sherwood man love thread

I've just read the Guardian article linked in one of the posts above.
His arrogance knows no bounds
Sherwood told a press conference: “I’ve had other offers but it’s an interesting project I’ve had a close eye on for four years since I started loaning players to this club. I’ve had a lot of discussions with a lot of clubs but I’m happy to be sat here. Luke Williams [the head coach] is at this club because of me, he was my recommendation. I came across him in a development phase of the game and I recommended him to Lee. He is a very good coach and has a lot more to come.
“I am coming here to help out. I think it needs tweaking, possibly the style of play at times, sometimes we might need to flip the page a bit. I think I can give him a helping hand in that. Let’s make sure we stay in the league and start climbing up the table.

So what on Earth is Williams going to do then, pick up all the balls after training? Sherwood's clearly managing the team in all but bloody name.

Non-league Eastleigh are on course to pull off the biggest shock of the first round. They lead 2-0 at League One Swindon at half-time.

It's the Timmy magic show.

Sure he's got the the half-time team talk of all time to flip this one round.

Wouldn't want your ar5es handed to you by a non league team.

Guess some of those players today will have forgotten about the result by the time they got to the motorway...

I'm glad he's back, shame it is lower league, as i will have to go searching for his post match comments now

*tries to figure out a way to answer this that won’t get him blackballed from the industry*

In five years, Tim will be… *struggling* entertaining(?) fans…. *still struggling* likely as a *whooboy* commentator.

*sweating profusely*

Yes, I made it!

Let me tell you though, his involvement with the rumoured takeover of Swindon by Red Bull is just plain weird. Red Bull have proven extremely competent in their football operations across a number of clubs and countries. Tim Sherwood has been anything but.

*looks up*

brick.

Time to go.

I hope you enjoyed the show, and even if you didn’t, you can now rejoice in the fact that we don’t have another international break in football until 2017.

Peace.
