The Running Thread

Ran 5 miles tonight. Forgot to use zombies app. Listened to mix of Ibiza anthems through the years, some classic tunes and just keeps me in the zone. Ran time of 41 minutes.

Then headed to gym. Not best upper body workout but good to get some done. Same again tomorrow.

I’m overweight right now, so want to get in to shape especially as I’m 40 in a week on Friday.

I can't run for runnings sake, never could.
Give me a ball to chase or put me on a bike or in a pool and I'll go all day, I can't just run though.
My wife used to run for a club, 10k, half's, cross country etc, it was great for her and she loved it, but it kills me. Too much time to think I reckon.
