Was watching - forced to by DAZN - the post-match analysis with Ghoddle, Tony Adams and Michael Owen. Which was actually a decent conversation. They put up Arsenal's next few games and it's not a fun run.

Man U, FA Cup vs.Leeds, @ Palace, SheffU, @Chelsea, @Burnley, Newcastle, @City, with two EL matches against a very beatable Olympiacos in Feb.

Could see them losing most of those games.

They might think the sked eases in March playing WHU, Brighton, Southampton and Norwich, but the south coast duo are beginning to play good football and Moyes may well revive WHU by then.

They're only six points clear of the bottom three. If that doesn't improve by the end of March, you could see that Norwich match becoming a vital relegation six-pointer because here's their run in:

    @Wolves, Leicester, @SPURS, Liverpool, @Villa.

Granted, with Liverpool wrapping up the title by mid-March, they might not be the same challenge, but they'll still be difficult to beat.

Always said this in jest about them, but for once, it just might be for real.

    Serious relegation fears.

Nice dream but we've got more chance winning the league.

How bittersweet is was to see them lose in that fashion yesterday...3 points gap to fourth would have felt a hell of a lot better than 5...

However, seeing them so gutted and downtrodden is nice to see and reminds me of us pre-Jol times...Lovely

Could Arsenal REALLY get relegated? Surely no chance...

...but it would be BLEEPING HILARIOUS if they did! I'd subscribe multiple times on every device possible to AFTV if that happened!!

But seriously, where do people think they'll finish? And what would stop what is happening atm to them from happening to us in the coming years?

Mikel Arteta facing losing battle to keep star man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at Arsenal

MIKEL ARTETA is facing a losing battle to keep star man Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at the club, according to reports.

The striker, who sits second in the top scorers chart with 13, has grown disillusioned at the Emirates following the club's lack of form.

Aubameyang, 30, has just 18 months left on his current contract and is refusing to extend his deal.

The Gabon international is desperate to play Champions League football and knows it remains unlikely while he stays at the Emirates.

Arsenal are already 11 points behind Chelsea in fourth spot and will be relying on winning the Europa League to book their place in Europe's biggest cup competition.

His brother Willy also caused a stir after criticising the appointment of Arteta by suggesting he has no experience.

Ex-boss Unai Emery made Aubameyang captain in a bid to convince him to stay and although he is ready to carry Arsenal's season on his shoulders, he wants to reevaluate his options at the end of the season according to the Telegraph.

Aubameyang, a £56million signing in 2017, has already worked under four different managers at Arsenal.

It could spark a mass exodus of frustrated stars looking for the exit door with Alexandre Lacazette and Granit Xhaka facing uncertain futures.

Xhaka looks braced to sign for Hertha Berlin who have launched a loan bid with the option of a £25.6m permanent deal.

Would be an enormous loss to them, IMO, even if he does seem to be an utter bellend.

If Lacazette went too they basically dont have a front line...

Thats the scary part (for them).

Pepe and Martinelli might come good, they have talent - but its a 50/50 thing at this point.

Them aside, theyve got nothing else really.

Ive seen rumour mill stuff of them spending big under Arteta - but I honestly question their ability to attract players at this point even if they do loosen the purse strings (something they wouldnt/couldnt do under Emery).

They are now a EUROPA league team, alsorans in the league, in need of a major overhaul/"project" and under a manager with zero experience.

Put it this way, if we are going for the same player the difference between working for Mourinho and working for Arteta is a decider alone.

Am I the only one who thinks this is both hilarious, and perfect?

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is considering an audacious attempt to sign Emirates Marketing Project defender John Stones, 25, on loan. (Sun)

He and Luis? Ah the LOLs...
