Lloris was becoming very prone to blunders over the last year or so and Gaza up until the last match hadn't done anything completely stupid, so I can see how he thought we hadn't missed Lloris until then. Now he thinks Gaza also isn't up to snuff so a new keeper is needed.

Gazza is. Lloris is still a very good keeper. We could upgrade but I'd be far happier with him back than Gazza.
Gazza is fine as a backup but just not good enough for a prolonged run in the team. Hopeless on crosses and susceptible to long shots. Not a good combination.

Yeah, Vorm is looking like a better option at this stage to be honest. I know players' reputations improve when they are out of the team but Vorm was never this bad.

Do they stay rooted to the line ?
Are they as flat footed?
Do they go down in stages and dive over the ball?
Do they cost a goal pretty much every time they take the field?
