They must have had a bolloking for that first half display on Saturday.

He was 1 vs 2 ffs. Nothing to do with him. He had no support!

I'm a better right back than that lump. He looks like Frank Sinclair back when Cheatski were penniless and a day away from bankruptcy

Feels a bit like the opening group match last season

He should have never turned his body inside, cover the overlap and let your midfielder deal with that.

Maybe it's just his running style, but NDombele looks knackered all the time.

    Two questions.

    Are you far from Greece?
    Do you have your boots?

He looks like a CB playing at RB.

Wonder if it would actually be physically possible for us to be any narrower in attack.

    Or move less.

Winks and Ndombele don't work as a combo (yet). Both commit forward at the same time, and none of them takes enough defensive responsibility.

Sanchez isn't much of an RB, is he?

He’s clearly not fit yet. Neither is Dele or Davies either come to think of it.

Agree. Its an odd one playing him rather than KWP at RB. He's just not the type of CB who could naturally play at full-back - too statuesque and not agile enough

From what I remember I thought we were decent enough in Milan for the first 88 minutes, then Vorm left his mark on the game

It's not his fault though. You can see that everything he does is what a CB would do. Wonder who he's marking in training that's making him look good.
