Personally I dont like it when we play 3 at the back against a 4-2-3-1 team. With a back 4, our two CBs can take Aubamayang, the full backs pick up their wide forwards, and Dier or Wanyama take their no 10. We obviously have flexibility in our formation though, particularly when Dier plays. I would play:
