ICYMI for those of you wanting concessions tickets there’s some currently available in Block 112... £43.25 for young adults or £29.75 for kids / OAPs... hundreds of full price seats on Exchange all around the stadium too...

Such a huge game, and it kicks off a potentially nice stretch of schedule until Liverpool on the 27th. Let's go attack these guys and go get 3 points.

Zaha to turn on the style. Our defence still needs sorting out but Son saves us. High scoring draw. This forum goes into meltdown.

Can you imagine, Sissoko plays a blinder, scores a hattrick and Scara's son is a lifelong fan and asks for a kit with Sissoko on it ..

    hahaha .. the karma ...

I was thinking more the euphoria is so ingrained on him he names Scara’s first grandchild after him...

To be fair Sissoko scoring a Prem hattrick is the sort of bet you’d comfortably make to include a tattoo...or as some call it a tacotoo

I always ask the same question

Unsure about the slightly random choice of letter for TA and JV!

JVT should be JBV, I can see why people would avoid using JV though

    Toby Albertine Maurits Alderweireld
    Jan Bert Lieve Vertonghen

I did not know they are both Bertie's!

So “TBA and JVT” continue to make zero sense.

...is either a team selection of the choose-any-three-letters-you-like-from-their-names-as-their-initials school, from which Winks had to be omitted on the basis I'd have had to include Y as a vowel
...or the noise the crowd will make over the antics of our defence as Zaha waltzes into the box to score.

Would have been much better if Toby’s middle name was Ernie

This has got a Newcastle type feel to it
Palace will sit back defend all day and look to nab one on the break

Correct. I read earlier they have "the best defence" because they have only conceded 2 goals (despite all of their defenders being a bit crap on paper).

I.e. Hodgson has all 11 men defending like dogs, then allows Zaha out to try and nick one on the break.

    Edit - we've conceded 6, City 3, https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/tables

Pointless expecting Vertonghen to sign a new contract, surely. Hadn't anyone noticed his middle name is Lieve?

Foyth, Sessegnon, NDombele, Lo Celso, Walker Peters and Dier will all be out for this no doubt.
