Jailbreaking iPads/iPods

Okkkkkk so I'm thinking of getting my iPad jail broken and thought I'd try and get some advice.
Reasons why I'd like to:

1) use TV out with Sky go
2) use a PS3 controller to play games
3) get better control of file management esp exporting videos straight to USB/memory card
4) probably to do a load of other things that I want to do but apple won't let me.

Any of you fellas done it either on an iPhone or iPad?

Jail broke my old iphone a load of times - it's pretty simple.

Just make sure you get an untethered jailbreak, follow the instructions carefully and you'll be fine.

iclarified.com will tell you everything on how to jailbreak the iPhone/ipad. Pretty easy, you do need to be on a compatible firmware version though.
