Harry Kane MBE

An English one for a start IMO
Sorts out a place in the squad
Vorm is a solid sweeper keeper and that’s his game
Have to say with his feet today he looked better than their keeper who kicked the ball out loads

Keepers used to use their hands I believe ;) that may be part of our problem?

Well Liverpool signed a keeper because he could play a bit...

Keepers have to do the basics first be for the start doing a Manuel Neuer imho.
Today was an abortion of a goalkeeping display, like we really suspected and knew it probably was going to be.

He reminded me of Willy Caballero today

Who is another top sides back up

Their all terrible back ups
I’d argue maybe united have the best cover
Maybe Joe Hart would have been a decent signing as cover

Definitely, no worse (and he is brick), I can't believe I agree. But what was witnessed yesterday for those goals, dreadful schoolboy errors?
To be honest I'm writing us off from a performance standpoint till Hugo is back and the side has settled in mid-November at the earliest.
We will struggle for top four sadly this season. The WC has knackered us mentally and physically, the lack of rest and preparation has been devastating on our small squad.

He knows the league
Gives us a iteration home grown player
And yeah he has had a torrid few years but he ain’t brick
And I don’t remember him making two key mistakes in the same game like Vorm did

He is brick. He makes mistakes like that in every game, wasn’t even good enough for West Ham.

We all knew it was going to be tough yesterday.
When I knew Hugo was out, that was game over.
Vorm and its nothing personal about lad is not good enough, 'we' all know it.
Pochettino like me seemed resigned to defeat yesterday.

I don’t get why the hell Gazzinga never plays ahead of Vorm. He got Motm in his one PL appearance, when has Vorm ever come close to that?

I've not seen him enough. I have though seen more than enough of Michel.
I feel sorry for the bloke he looks almost resigned to fail.

Give Gazzaniga a run, at least he's taller

He was pretty dodgy.... he should have given a pen away and flapped.

Back up keeper is difficult, but it should lead to a mistake every game

I don’t recal carlo/Brad making many mistakes?

I don’t think he was that dodgy, but obviously had some nerves as it was his first ever PL game? He got MotM so was clearly decent all things considered....
