I don't believe so. The impeachment process for the president and VP are separate, so it is very unlikely that it would happen.

I'm sure there's something really bad about Ryan being President and I can't remember what it is.

Something to do with the fact that as the Speaker doesn't need to be an elected member - you could basically have the Republicans force in any unelected President of their choice once the impeachments get that far.

I think that what is most likely is that Trump would resign if things were looking that bad. Pence would become president and then everything would get swept under the carpet.

The interesting question is at what point do the Russians decide he is no longer an asset? Do they then release what they hold on him?

Trump will NEVER resign! That would be admitting defeat, and the greatest man to ever walk the earth, simply won't do that.
