Crap food you like but shouldn't

Sounds nice. From that site; proclamations like this are a bit strange:
"An average Scotch egg can contain 21 grammes of fat - nearly one fifth of an adult man’s daily recommended intake."

I skip breakfast and will often just have something simple for dinner like pasta, so it sounds like I could have 4 or 5 Scotch eggs for lunch, sounds good to me.

All of it? I love a lot of brick food. I'm a vegetarian, so that possibly helps a bit, but love sauce, chocolate, cream, puddings, sweets, chips, crisps, ice cream, dressings, cakes - the lot. The best though, my achilles heel, is this little super fatty chocolate they only sell around x-mas here, rum truffles, I gained 10 kilos in two weeks eating a pack of that brick a day a few years back, haha. Probably the least healthy veggie in the world.

I eat quite healthily, mainly because I've banned sugar. All sugar. Even a trace in the list of ingredients is out, eliminating most processed food. Even fruit juice and dried fruits are verboten.

Might need a twelve-step group soon for cashew nuts and Nairn's cheese oatcakes, though.
