I don't think they have regressed, Rudiger is a better fit for the system than Terry, Caballero won't play regularly and I think Morata is a more talented footballer than Costa, if Conte is smart (and his record suggests he is), then there is no reason Morata can't be just as effective

they'll certainly be fighting for the title again imo
