Capital One Cup 2015-16

Bournemouth are so, so bad. As soon as they cross the halfway line they lose the ability to control the ball or play simple passes. Their midfield seems to have disappeared as well.

Carrick balloons it. Boro haven't won at OT since Downing last played for them. Good omen.

Quarter Finals:

Middlesboro vs Everton
Southampton vs Liverpool
Stoke vs Sheffield Wednesday
Emirates Marketing Project vs Hull

All the best teams given easy home draws. :D

Out of that bunch the only one I wouldn't want to see win it would be Liverpool, mostly because of the endless crap we'd have to listen to afterwards about Klopp and their glorious history. City I'm completely apathetic about. They're not a real football club and pretty much everything they do is meaningless to me anyway.

I'd like Everton to win it, proper club, decent manager who tries to play nice football... A bit like Spurs really but just so unfortunate to be based in Merseyside!

While City stay in it, Liverpool wont win it. And with Hull at home then a 2-legged semi, I can see City reaching the final. Saying that I dont even think Liverpool will get past Soton, that will be a tough trip down there midweek, plus with their EL matches they will be playing midweek-weekend for 3 weeks running, which will stretch their squad
