What Would You Do? - Summer Ins and Out

In GK: Darlow (0.9) - Don't really know him but saw we were linked with him and i'd prefer a cheap british keeper as an understudy to Lloris. LB: Willems (3.5) Or Boilesen (1.3) Shaw, Rodriugez and Coentrao is out of our league I suppose. Don't really rate Blind as I Believe Boilesen would be...

    The Other Clubs Transfer Thread

Struggled with injuries for the first 3-4 months and since then hasn't really got the chance to prove himself so he may have been quite poor in training. However it makes no sense to sell him again so soon. He was topscorer in the danish league in his first season with FC Copenhagen and became a...

    The Badger's Hole (ITK Thread)

Indeed, however I've just seen TV footage on SSN of Holtby training with Fulham so I guess it should be a done deal.

    The Badger's Hole (ITK Thread)

Went to a Fulham forum to see if there's any news and found the following: "Lewis Holtby is officially training with the Fulham squad now according to the man at motspur park from SSN - Awaiting paperwork apparently but you could assume he will be available for tomorrows game."...

O/T Saints Chairman offers resignation - Pochettino’s future in doubt

I think it's the way forward to look at every little detail in order to achieve perfection however this has clearly gone out of control. Performing worse away from home is IMO much more a psychological issue than sleeping in a completely sterile room. Annoying players with too many changes in...

    Official - Holtby

If he's available for a loan then Villa or Sunderland should be all over him. IMO they are the teams that really struggle with creativity and would benefit greatly from getting a player like Holtby.

Emmanuel Adebayor - Officially gone \o/

Re: Official - Adebayor Thought he was amazing in the role where he drifts around and link up with midfield. He had a passing accuracy of 93% which is very rare for strikers given the little time and space they have. Just a few weeks ago a new striker was IMO the main priority to get...

I'd prefer Berahino to Long as I think he has huge potential although Long wouldn't be the worst signing.

A gettable deep playmaker (pure speculation once again)

Being a Dane myself I can assure you that this has happened only a few times and with limited succes but then again he's surrounded by poor players so it's not fair to judge him only by these few appearances. Our national coach Morten Olsen almost never change his classic 4-2-3-1 where Eriksen...

A gettable deep playmaker (pure speculation once again)

He certainly got the skills but at the moment he is maybe too lightweight although that was also said about Modric. He could be the answer, will be interesting to see if Sherwood will play him there on a regular basis.

    Nabil Bentaleb

Re: Official Nabil Bentaleb Thread Of course we shouldn't be blown away but I think he proved today that he can play at this level. It was a match with high tempo and he played 2 against 3 in central midfield and performed well. With the current injury situation and dip of form from first team...

Morata on a loan would be good business as buying players in january are often complicated and overpriced.

A gettable deep playmaker (pure speculation once again)

I fully agree that a deeplying playmaker is what is desperately needed to make the attacking play tick. I really enjoy watching Dembele at times but he can also be very frustrating and doesn't seem to be a great passer and I have to admit that until now Paulinho just looks like a better version...

We are full of ineffective players...

Or let's just swap managers :-"

    Alen Halilovic

Not that I know the rules but we do have Veljkovic and Gomelt at the club so I'm guessing it should be possible.

    Next Spurs Manager

Re: New Manager Poll Wouldn't want Sherwood and Solskjaer because they're unproven. Neither would I want Hoddle because he's been out of the game for too long and wasn't a succes the last time he was here. Capello is a great manager but I think it will be even more boring football than under...

    Erm... Positives.

Rose hopefully back for the West Ham game and we'll probably never see Naughton at left back again.

The "Official" 2013/14 Other teams matches thread

Their back line has to be one of the worst in the league without Vlaar and Okore. I also think Delph has improved massively this season and is sorely missed. A real shame as I thought they might could've nicked a draw here.
