Son Heung-Min

Son has played his way into being undroppable - he was so good against Stoke, and he needs to be fitted in to the team right now.

Son has now scored 25 goals in 2017 (22 for Club & 3 for Country)
If he gets a move on he could break Shearer's record!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was noticeable yesterday - even the commentary said
"Spurs are really patient, willing to wait for a chance..."
Ball goes to Son
"But this lad is completely impatient..."
As he gets the ball and drives into the box.

Didnt come to much on that particular occasion but it is fair to say he basically plays at one speed - full steam (for better or worse!)

Its probably a good thing in getting the rest of the team to put in just that little bit more effort

Considering he's more a wide attacker than an out-and-out striker that is one impressive stat.

His strike rate (ie minutes per goal) cannot be too shabby either because he doesn't get to play every game and when he does he's quite often subbed off early.

Maybe if someone like @SteveAWOL or @Denmark Spur doesn't have access to his mpg stats for 2017 I'll have a go at working them out myself.

Definitely the most direct. It used to be Dembele driving into the heart of the opposition but he has not been as influential this season. It gives some variety to the attack.

I'd argue it wasn't reeallllly a great header, was it? It took a big deflection to ensure it beat the keeper.

It is one of the only set piece routines that seem to work for us, first man, near post header. Sometimes those type of balls in at reasonable pace only need some kind of deflection, doesn't always need to be pretty.

We have had it work with Kane/Dier in past, even as far back as Bale.
