Clinton Njie

Welcome Clinton!! May you tear up the premier league, score plenty of goals and be the first player that does not divide opinion amongst the glory-glory fans.

The first two maybe.....the last one though...that is asking far too much.:)

'He's the nuts, the dogs b*llocks, the new ronaldo, the messiah, saviour and new king if the lane'*

(cut and pasted from the paulinho, saldado, capoue, lamela etc etc thread, i'll be back in 24 months time when things are somewhat different:))

Very true. Can't say I know anything of this guy so will remain cautiously optimistic.

So its basically "jaay" ( if you take the British way of using someone's surname, as commentators will).

When is Pleaty next doing commentary?!

Another signing by Pochettino which is not convincing at all. Not sure why we bought him. Surely, he cannot be the direct backup to Kane as he has only scored 7 goals in 36 games. He is too young at 22 and as all the youngsters before, can see him struggle at Spurs.

And looking at his name, Levy's criteria on new players seems like :
1) must be an unknown player
2) must have strange name
3) must be hard to pronounce his name

I just hope the club keep him far away from his African compatriot adebayor - don't need anymore divas and black magic around the place!

Levy's criteria on new players is to find players whose signing for Spurs would tinkle Spurs7891 of Glory Glory off royally and then laugh manically while reading the subsequent posts on his laptop while sipping a gin and tonic and stroking a cat.

Let's just hope you are well and truly wrong.

What an absolutely pathetic, borderline offensive post.. Don't even know where to start.

Yes and at the same time literally squeezing blood out of a stone.

At the same time, realising that this kind of signing won't help us chase the top 4.;)

why dont our new signings ever have a pic with the manager, shaking hands, new shirt and all that stuff? Actually its been going on for quite a while

So, quiz question time. Who was the last new signing to have a pic taken with the then manager, of course photographic evidence required ;)

He was there when Bentaleb signed his contract. Same with a few of our youngsters this summer.
