Is Sacking players the future?

Ze Germans have perhaps started a new trend. Although I do think players shouldn't be guaranteed a free ride just because they have a contract. Should they be fired? Normal people can be dismissed for bad performance.

I believe they have been told to "find new clubs". I don't think that means they have been sacked and are available on fee transfers (although I wouldn't be surprised to see this one go the way of the courts if the players claim that this is effectively 'constructive dismissal'

It's easy for them to say you're sacked/ can find a new club when there is only 1 or 2 games left lol.
Different story when you want rid in the middle of the season

Unfortunately due to all the money involved in football this could never work. In the real world people can get sacked for bad performance, on top of being late, violent conduct etc etc.

Imagine some brick nobody player at Liverpool getting sacked early in the season for being brick, then Luiz Suarez goes and bites someone but doesn't get sacked because the club know they can sell him for big money.
