Wordpress site move.

I'm looking to get a charity website moved over to a new hosting company. Would rather not get involved in the tech side. I know there are plugins but I would rather get someone with experience to do it.
Do I need to sort/move existing email addresses as well?
Any recommendations.

Couple of things you need to watch before moving the site - who runs the DNS? Who runs the mail server?

Often those all come as part of a package and it's not as easy as just moving the site unless you want to be charged for both.

I would like to get everything covered as cheap as possible! my daughter needs a budget sorted before I get too involved!
