Good article.
It mentions that there was an expectation of change when Jose came in but it hasn't happened, he is still playing in areas he should not be. I think we can say that about more than just Harry, we are making the same positional mistakes now as we did under poch. Do the players think they know better, or can just not be arsed.

I think there are a lot of factors involved. I reckon, given Euros in summer, he will be quite cautious about his recovery.
It would seem to be a Grade 2 tear (looks to be more serious than grade 1 and grade 3 would likely see him potentially out for the season and he would have been unlikely to have hobbled from the pitch), which I think we'd be looking at 4-6 weeks recovery and then another few weeks strengthening/fitness, so I'd guess it'll be likely be March, back in time for the away game vs RB Leipzig in the CL.
