Harry Kane MBE

From the OS :

Following assessment today (Friday), we can confirm that Harry Kane suffered a tear in his left hamstring during our New Year's Day fixture against Southampton.
Our medical staff will continue to review the injury with treatment ongoing.

GG experts - how long out does that mean or is it a piece of string question without knowing how bad the tear is?

It would seem to be a Grade 2 tear (looks to be more serious than grade 1 and grade 3 would likely see him potentially out for the season and he would have been unlikely to have hobbled from the pitch), which I think we'd be looking at 4-6 weeks recovery and then another few weeks strengthening/fitness, so I'd guess it'll be likely be March, back in time for the away game vs RB Leipzig in the CL.

Mourinho on Kane "He is always injured. you are full of hope. One game he is in and then he is injured. It is a concern."
